This year, nesto continues to uphold its mission to offer a positive, empowering home financing experience simplified from start to finish by being awarded Mortgage Lender of the Year by the Canadian Lenders Association. This award goes to only the most innovative in online lending, and the brand can proudly say last year, innovation held true.

2022 was a big year for nesto. Our customer-driven focus and the speed and simplicity with which we approach mortgages truly paid off with nesto achieving some incredible milestones. On top of being one of the lender with the highest net promoter score (NPS) available in the industry, nesto transitioned from a digital broker to a 100% lender offering customer a full end-to-end consumer experience. When we say we support our clients on their mortgage journeys from ‘start to finish,’ we mean start to finish!

By the end of last year, nesto also launched the Mortgage Cloud, a B2B platform which offers a white label service to other businesses. The Cloud acquired its first client for servicing shortly after its launch: IG Wealth Management. 

The team at nesto pushes forward daily with new methods for acquisition at lower costs while serving customers in the most transparent, unbiased way. We are grateful to receive CLA’s Mortgage Lender of the Year award and will continue to live up to the title through the work nesto does.
