About Our Mortgage Services

nesto Inc. works with a network of partners to provide a range of mortgage solutions tailored to your needs. Mortgage funding may be provided directly by nesto Inc. or through third-party funding partners. In the past fiscal year, we have originated loans with or on behalf of seven funding partners, including Canadian banks and other funding partners. This list is updated quarterly and may change from time to time.

Transparency About Our Funding Relationships

We are committed to transparency in how we work with our funding partners.

Upon request, we will provide a written disclosure outlining:

• The number of funding partners we worked with during the previous fiscal year
• Whether nesto provided more than 50% of the funding for all mortgages and renewals during that period
• The name of any funding partner that accounted for more than 50% of the total mortgages and renewals completed, if applicable

For the most recent fiscal period, more than 50% of mortgages and renewals were funded by Investors Group Trust Co. Ltd.

Third-Party Compensation

nesto may compensate third parties involved in your mortgage, such as referral partners or service providers. These payments do not affect:

• The terms of your mortgage
• The rates or options presented to you
