Full terms and conditions
In order to be eligible to make a referral under the High Five referral program offered by nesto Inc. (“nesto”), the referrer must respect the following requirements:
i. They cannot conduct any activities that would require them to be licensed as a mortgage broker;
ii. They must disclose the referral arrangement to the prospective borrower in writing, including that they may receive a referral fee, the amount of the referral fee or an estimate thereof, and the nature of their relationship with nesto; and
iii. They must obtain written consent from the prospective borrower before sharing their information with nesto.
A prospective borrower may only be referred under the High Five referral program if:
i. They have acknowledged in writing that a referral fee will be paid to the referrer;
ii. They have acknowledged in writing that the identity of the referrer has been disclosed to them;
iii. They have acknowledged in writing that the basis for calculating the referral fee has been disclosed to them;
iv. They have consented that their personal information be shared with nesto and Impact Tech, Inc. and its affiliates.
Referral fees are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The referral fee will be paid to the referrer who shares the link used by the referred individual to sign up with nesto. To be eligible to receive the referral fee, the referred individual must be a new nesto user. If the referred individual has already signed up with nesto, the referrer will not be eligible to receive a referral fee.
This program is not available to residents of Manitoba.
