Discovery call
You will meet with a specialized Talent Acquisition Specialist at nesto and will have a discussion around the right opportunity that fits your profile and aspirations!
Assignment
If the first discussion was a hit – Great! Now we want to see how your mind works. You will have to do a take-home assignment for us to assess your thinking, and creativity.
Interview with Hiring Team
After we review your successful assignment, you will be invited to an interview with the hiring team to discuss your work. This is an opportunity for you to meet with the team and ask any questions about their ways of working, their ongoing projects, and team dynamics.
HR Interview
At this point, we think you’re a pretty great candidate and want to get to know you on a cultural perspective. This step is run by one HR Representative and your future manager.
Official Offer
Once all formalities such as background checks are completed, we are ready to present you with an offer to join our team! Your skillset impressed us, and we can’t wait for you to start.

Yes! We will be shipping you a laptop directly to your home. We want you to be well set up so additional equipment like keyboard, mouse, additional monitor, headset, can also be provided on a needs basis.
